Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the URARTIST platform ("Platform"), operated by UR Management ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without express written permission
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the Platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from Platform content
• Transfer your account or any rights granted under these Terms to another party

3. Digital Products

The Platform offers digital music products, including but not limited to singles, EPs, albums, and other digital assets ("Digital Products"). When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a non-exclusive, personal license to download and listen to the content for personal, non-commercial use.

You do not acquire any ownership rights in the underlying intellectual property of any Digital Product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the respective artists and rights holders.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing a purchased Digital Product, please contact us at support@urartist.io within 14 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

Refund requests for unaccessed purchases may be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.

5. User Content

Any content you submit to the Platform, including but not limited to reviews, comments, and feedback ("User Content"), remains your intellectual property. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UR Management and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
